Service scope
Services are limited to the visual observations, property documentation and requested areas agreed before a visit. A request is not confirmed until scope, access, timing and pricing are accepted.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Customers may reschedule or cancel subject to the current cancellation policy.
If East Coast Duck Vue arrives at the property and access is unavailable, the customer cancels after arrival, a required party is not present, or entry instructions are incorrect, the visit may be treated as a completed dispatch and may be non-refundable.
Access authorization
The customer confirms that they own the property or have authorization to permit East Coast Duck Vue to access it for the requested service.
