That's the idea behind East Coast Duck Vue Property Oversight.

We created Duck Vue to be the connection between the property and the person who can't always be there.

Our job is straightforward: we go, we look, we document, and we report back.

Whether we're checking the progress of a renovation, documenting the condition of a rental, following up on previously identified items, or simply showing an owner what's happening at their property, our goal is to provide clear visual information without adding unnecessary complexity.

Anyone can take a few photos. Duck Vue is designed to give those photos context.

We organize what we see, document important areas, capture video when needed, provide written observations, and create a record that customers can refer back to later.

When a follow-up visit is needed, we can return to the property and compare what we see with the previous visit.

That means an owner hundreds of miles away can still have a clearer picture of what is happening on the ground.

We're not there to perform repairs, manage your contractor, certify workmanship, or replace a licensed home inspector.

We're there to provide something different: independent eyes on the property.

We document visible conditions so you can decide what needs to happen next.

East Coast Duck Vue isn't limited to houses and rental properties. We can also provide visual oversight for cabins, RVs, travel trailers, park models, and seasonal campsites. If your camper or cabin is parked at a seasonal site and you can't get there, we can put eyes on it, document visible conditions, and send you photos, video, and observations.
