Information you provide
Service requests may include contact details, property information, requested scope, access arrangements and supporting files. Only provide information needed for the requested service.
My Duck Vue client portal
When you create a client account, we store your name, email and any properties, appointment requests, visit documentation and follow-up requests associated with your account. Each account can see only its own information.
Sensitive access information
Do not submit lockbox, smart-lock or entry codes through the public request form. Secure access details will be collected through an appropriate private channel when a visit is confirmed.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate requests, communicate with customers, prepare visits and deliver requested documentation. Property records and media will not be shared with unrelated customers.
Media and retention
Photos and videos are created within the agreed service scope and made available through the My Duck Vue portal. Visit media is retained for approximately 90 days unless other arrangements are made. Media is never shared outside your account without your authorization.
