Reports reflect visible conditions observed during the scheduled visit and within the requested scope. Hidden, inaccessible, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, environmental or specialized conditions may require evaluation by an appropriately licensed professional.

East Coast Duck Vue uses neutral documentation statuses such as Documented, Follow-Up Requested, Attention Noted, Visibly Completed and Closed. These descriptions are not certifications, approvals or guarantees.
